It has been seen many times that the United States government, or other agencies operating under the safety of its banner, have at times lied to or withheld information from the general public. Sometimes there are valid reasons for this - in a time of war for example, it is not advisable to broadcast your upcoming attack strategies on CNN in time to warn your enemies. But there have been other occasions where, even for years after an event, the public was systematically lied to. Roswell was a good example of this. For years the government insisted that what Mac Brazel found on his ranch was a weather balloon, not an alien spacecraft, and yet in the early nineties, bowing finally to public pressure, they revealed that what had crashed was in fact a top secret project called Mogul. Many still doubt the truth of this, but it is not the purpose of this document to debate that issue.What I am about to lay out in this document is a theory, which I have constructed, based on facts and personal speculation. I promise to try to differentiate between the two so that you can draw your own conclusions. If I am speculating, I will try and let you know. If I am quoting documentation, I will try and give you the source.
Now to save those of you who may already be suffering from acute boredom if this subject is of no interest to you, the basic thrust of this article is this :
It is my theory that the United States government has:
- Engineered and deliberately released the AIDS virus into the human population.
- Attempted to cover its tracks by killing many of those involved in the original research.
- Incidentally infected the food supply.
- Attempted to prepare for the effects of its mistakes by preparing a new food source
- Used the alien phenomena as a cover for its activitiesNow, if the above doesn't interest you, or you don't think there is any basis for these beliefs, then you can stop reading now, and I'll get one less piece of flame mail. For those others of you who feel there may be some validity to what I am saying, read on.
History & Theory
1969 Senate Hearing on DOD appropriations for 1970 Request is made for $10 million in funding for a research program into developing `a new ineffective organism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease'
This funding was given.Theory : After the failure of the `Population Zero' campaign of the sixties, with projected over population threatening to cause severe food shortages on the one hand, and increases in a cheap foreign labor market on the other, members of the US government proposed drastic measures to resolve the over population problem and thereby `solve' (sic) the looming US economic problems and maintain the US as a world power.
National Security Memorandum - Implications of World Wide Population Growth for US Security and Overseas Interests
Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that `depopulation should be the highest priority of US foreign policy towards the third world.' He quoted reasons of national security, and because `The US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries...Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of the United States." The first thing one might suggest is to educate third worlders about the proper use of birth control. But in countries where the more children you have the better off you are; where money, if it exists buys food, not condoms, this well meaning plan would clearly fail. So how do you decrease the population?
It was recently reported on a PAC channel in Los Angeles by Michael Kassett that the World health Organization went into Central Africa in 1972, ostensibly to administer a smallpox vaccination to several thousand Africans. Shortly after, this area became known as `The Aids Belt'. This coincidence was reported by the Times in England, but nowhere else.
As of 1996, according to the National Research Council in Washington, `roughly 11 million adults and up to 1 million children in sub-Saharan Africa have been infected with HIV. By the year 2010, it is estimated that AIDS will have lowered the average life expectancy from 66 to 33 years in Zambia, 70 to 40 years in Zimbabwe, from 68 to 40 years in Kenya and from 59 to 31 years in Uganda.' With their immune systems destroyed, most of the deaths will ultimately be caused by Tuberculosis.
Meanwhile, back in the 1970s, Cattle are being mutilated, at a rate that increases so steeply to the early eighties before it levels off, that one might almost think there is a hysteria about it. Quoting Adam Lee's document on this subject `These mutilations -- the killing and furtive removal of external and internal parts -- have been directed at literally thousands of animals (primarily livestock) since the 1960s. The surgery on these animals is primarily conducted with uncanny precision' These are not the acts of a wild animal, and, they are NOT as we would be led to believe, the act of aliens in search of something to go with their potatoes. Very earth like yet sinister in their behavior, Black helicopters are frequently reported buzzing sites of cattle mutilation before or after its occurrence. Indeed, surgical implements of standard US army issue have been found at the same locales.
So why is the government quietly taking random samples of the bovine population? And what the Sam Hill has this got to do with AIDS?
If you recall, the legend of AIDS was that it occurred in humans after a green monkey bit an African. This is clearly bunk. Where did the monkey get it from? Beside which, viruses don't jump species unless engineered to do so. The AIDS virus bears no resemblance to a green monkey virus, but rather bears a striking resemblance to BLV- which infects cows. Refer to The gag and pol Genes of Bovine Leukemia Virus: Nucleotide Sequence and Analysis Virology 142:357-377 Rice, Stephens, Burny, 1985.
It is known that there are similarities in the biochemical make-up of Cows and Humans. We share the 21st Chromosome pair for example, as determined by Dr. James Womack at Texas A&M University in 1984. Could HIV have been passed back to cows? Its not as unlikely as you think. Never mind the pictures in alt.sex.bestiality, that's not the issue. The following is from a document prepared by the Royal Society of Medicine for the House of Commons Social Services Committee in the United Kingdom.
`The scale of the deceptions and misinformation perpetrated by virologists, clinicians and editors of scientific and medical journals about the infectivity of genital secretions, compared with that of blood and saliva, has been astonishing.' `The tiny research effort into infectivity of bodily fluids indicates that saliva is far more infectious than genital secretions, but that blood is vastly more infectious than either.'
Mosquitoes for example, little blood suckers that they are, could, according to this report which was never published in the US, transmit HIV. From farmer to cow, or vice versa.When I lived in England, we had a Junior Health Minister called Edwina Curry. She made a passing statement on National television that most chickens in England were infected with salmonella. The egg industry collapsed overnight. Thousands of chickens were slaughtered. She wasn't lying, and there was no real danger, but the THOUGHT of it was enough to destroy the industry, until they started printing little lions on them again.
How many people would eat beef if they were told it may be carrying HIV? Ignore the fact that viruses (as opposed to bacteria) aren't particularly good at living on dead meat for a long time, never mind cooked meat. The thought would destroy the industry. And so the US government had to monitor the ranches and take samples without causing a scare. The increased activity of the late 1970s indicates that the virus DID spread. The leveling off during the early eighties indicates that a `saturation' point was reached and regular monitoring continues to take place. Cows are not tested for HIV, except by occupants of black helicopters. Occasional mutilation of other animals and strange lights in the sky kept peoples attention focused on UFOs and not on the government.
This idea of using one conspiracy (UFOs) to cover up another (AIDS) worked quite well for the government, and enabled them to resolve a problem - what to do with the 44 scientists that had originally worked on development of the AIDS virus? In 1978, according to UFO lore, these 44 scientists were taken captive by aliens and killed when Delta Force attempted to get them back. Any UFO researcher who attempted to investigate this story ended up at the same dead end.
The theory was wonderful. By deliberately propagating the idea that they were killed during an alien incursion, they sent all the UFO experts chasing down a blind alley, and the AIDS researchers never even looked up from their test tubes.
On some kind of `success high' and ignoring for the moment the inevitable problem of someone actually giving a cow an HIV test, the US government or at least those echelons that were concerned with the original problem, turned their attention closer to home. They saw the drug-users. They saw the prostitutes. They saw the gays. They saw how much cheaper it would be to manage the country if they didn't have these problems (sic).
Having killed their conscience, like a corporation firing its top programmer once he'd got the system working, they went ahead and infected an area of the population that they knew would help spread the virus within itself.
According to Michael Kasset, in 1978 The Hepatitis B Vaccine was given to several thousand male homosexuals in New York and San Francisco, under a government sponsored program. Every single one of the individuals in this first sample contracted AIDS.
The rest, as they say, is history. Except of course for the beef problem. By 1981, the government had established that the cattle within America was a carrier for HIV. Although you would not catch AIDS from a Big Mac, it was clear that if news ever got out, the beef industry would take a hit in terms of public awareness from which it would never recover.
Enter the Emu. And the Ostrich. Since the early 1980s, Emu and Ostrich farms have been cropping up all over the developed world, particularly in the US. It is anticipated that by early 1997, they will be ready to begin major marketing as an alternate food source - low in fat, high in protein , and tasting like steak, for $20 a pound. Then, when enough people have done HIV tests on cows that it finally makes it into the public awareness by the turn of the century, most of the ranchers will have already begun switching over to Ratite farming.
And with the country on a high moral, low fat diet, with little cheap economic competition from third world countries, the US will finally find a cure for AIDS, perhaps by (as predicted by Kassett) Eli Lilly.
And that's my theory.
I know I am not going to win any friends by writing this. The UFOlogists, the gay rights groups, the beef farmers, the ostrich farmers and the US government can all now legitimately have a gripe against me. But I believe enough of the above is true that it requires, and hopefully will prompt, further investigation by people more intelligent than I. So do what you think is right,
