Contributor guidelines for submissions
We are always looking for new writers and artists, If you would like to submit original artwork (especially for Gods and Goddesses), articles, or review books, magazines or music, these are some of the areas to consider.
The Healing Arts section - can be on Theta healing, Acupuncture, Reiki, Energy healing, homeopathy, Medicine wheel, etc. anything related to healing.
Articles for Pagan Views - anything earth related, Shaman, Pagan, Metaphysical, Spiritual Experiences, thoughts, etc - You can take a look at the articles that have previously run (right column of article) to get some Ideas.
Pagan Music - music reviews on Pagan/celtic/New Age etc Music (especially new artists), CDs. Articles on what music people like to use for different rituals and celebrations, etc.
Interviews - with Authors, Artists and Musicians, Gurus. (See Author spotlight for typical length and interview questions).
Book Reviews - about 500 words, minimum of 200
Articles- should be around 1500 words or more, give or take a couple hundred
Word is the best format to send or paste in email or you can share a Google Doc with me.
Make sure you attach a picture (if you want), a couple sentences about yourself for the About Author and a link back to your Website, Myspace, Care2, or Meetup profile, if you don't have any of the above we can link to your email.
I normally change content on Sundays so if you have a weekly feature try to get the articles to me by Friday. Send to: editor@pagannews.com
